R. G. Sapkal College of Pharmacy, Anjaneri, Nashik; is recognized by statutory regulatory authority such as Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Mumbai and Government of Maharashtra, and Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The institute has a Governing Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016.

It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Government from time to time. The Institute comes under “Self-Financed” category; therefore financial transactions are audited by the private auditors. The Institute has different Bodies to maintain all types of discipline in the campus. All the cells or committees of the institutions are under Statutory Bodies. The applications under the RTI Act along with a Postal Order/Demand Draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of Principal, R. G. Sapkal College of Pharmacy, Anjaneri, Nashik. This application may be sent to the Public Information Officer (PIO) or handed over in his/her office. All information about the college is open for the public and it can it obtained by citizens of India.
