Sapkal College of Pharmacy, Anjaneri, Nashik; is recognized by statutory regulatory authority such as Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) New Delhi, Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Mumbai and Government of Maharashtra, and Affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. The institute has a Governing Body and College Development Committee as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act 2016.

It runs as per the rules and regulations made by Government from time to time. The Institute comes under “Self-Financed” category; therefore financial transactions are audited by the private auditors.
